I’m truly disappointed in the color and texture of this orb. It appears on screen to be a pale aqua, frosted and elegant glass ball. In reality it’s a dirty grayish blue wash over a rough textured piece of glass. The pictures don’t lie!

Not only did you send the wrong color..GREEN…looks nothing like the color advertised, and now I have to pay again to ship it back!!!!! Outrageous! I have to choose a rating..but one star is too much!
