It came in two pieces which I understand. But putting the two halves together was difficult because they didn’t fit neatly. Had to use a rubber mallet to pound them together and make them flush to get the screws in place. A couple times f the joints never did fit squarely and tightly. Not very good quality for the price, in my opinion.

I have searched for a big clock, found several but this one was better than any I’ve seen and it was priced nearly half of one I almost bought! Very sturdy, beautiful and looks great above our mantel. You will love it! Was packed great. We highly recommend this clock!

I was working with Amanda S., one of the Wayfair customer service reps about the problems with the clock I received. Last correspondence was May 2nd and she hasn't replied. Please find below the info she was asking for: Packaging condition: The package condition was pristine. No issues at all. Description of the damage: If you look at the attached photo, you'll see that there are six tabs which must align with six slots. One of them doesn't. I cannot tell which piece was machined incorrectly. Photo of the damage: Attached. Name and number/letter of the damaged part: There are no part designations in the contained paperwork. Number of replacement parts needed: Not sure. If I had an entire new package, I could probably produce a correctly aligned wall clock. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
