Lovely product I needed for my bookshelves. 17x9 inches is bigger then I thought. Even eyeballing it with a tape measure. And its heavy too. A nice, yet neutral addition for the space. It was securely packaged with styrofoam and arrive in perfect condition. Im very happy with the purchase.
