I ordered two items the same and both were in stock, however only one was delivered. When I spoke to a manager she assured me she would do everything possible to find another even when she checked and said the second was not in stock. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from her saying I would get the rest of my order in days. I got it and was thrilled. This to me is a great example of people caring and says a lot for your company. wooden elephant is very nice bu wish it came with tusk as shown birthday present for wife but i guess she is not going to get new one in time because company does not know if new one was shipped
