The clock arrived a few days before the initial delivery date. It was very well packed and had absolutely no damage. The clock keeps good time and the bells ring as they should. The sound of the bell is exactly what I had hoped it would be. The only disappointment is that the bell(s) do not ring exactly on the hour and half hour. Overall, I am very happy with this product.
