The mirror is very pretty but for the price, there were a couple of issues. First, it arrived with a scratch on it. Customer service was responsive but my choices were to either re-box and send it back (the packaging was massive and had tons of tape and cardboard to secure it so there was no way I was going to be able to do that), or a 20% refund of the purchase price. Given that this was an $1100 purchase, I had really hoped for a much more substantial refund/credit (they eventually gave me 25% when I asked, although given the price and condition of the piece, it still did not feel like enough). In addition, the hardware that you see in rows on the mirror is NOT metal. Based on appearance and description, I expected them to be individual substantial bronze metal studs, but they are lightweight (not sure what material, may be plastic?) and all attached to each other on a strip. As seen in the photo I attached, they are also not consistent, some are fully closed and others have a hole in the middle of them. Whether that's intentional or a quality control issue, I do not know, but in my opinion it looks odd. Overall I do like the mirror a lot, I just wish the 2 issues identified had not been present.
