I ordered this cross as a gift and the item I received was not as pictured or described. I received a plain silver cross, the quality is there but it looks nothing like what the site describes there is no bezelled. The item received is very plain. Customer service was great and shipped out what was supposed to be the right product , only to receive the same boring looking cross as the first time ! UGH!!!
