I am a long-time fan of Wayfair, but this purchase really missed the mark. The original item arrived, but unfortunately in a shattered condition. OK, accidents happen. The replacement arrived today--also shattered! Very disappointing. I asked for a refund. The saving grace is that Wayfair's customer service team is excellent to work with.
