Absolutely beautiful. The first one arrived shattered and a replacement was immediately ordered. The mirror arrived earlier than the estimated backorder date -which made me happy. Wayfair has an exceptional customer service department. I appreciate how they take care of loyal customers.

First one arrived shattered. Sent it back and received replacement. That one is shattered. Notified Wayfair by chat. Was told it had to go to “special team.” Email from them a couple days later. I provided the information. I’ve been waiting four days since then and have heard nothing.

I ordered this mirror which matches the Moen faucets, etc. for our bathroom remodeling. The container had no defects, but by the time contractor had completed the project and was ready for the mirror, it was found to be shattered (more than 30 days after the delivery)!

These were beautiful and look fabulous in the bathroom!

As they say, "third times the charm." Went through 2 replacement orders because the mirror arrived damaged, and each time customer service was friendly, efficient and determined to correct the situation. We've had this mirror for a year now and although it's beautiful. The tilting design is a huge flaw. The screws are constantly loosening up and causes the mirror to forever tilt forward. So you'll find yourself constantly having to tighten the screws afraid to touch it.
