Great for putting into decorative lanterns for great ambiance

Disappointed. Website indicates that the set "includes a 10 key remote which features 4,6,8,10 hour daily timer options". Neither the remote or candles have timer functionality. The remote only has on/off buttons.

I am writing as I am disappointed and embarrassed.. I gave these candles as a gift today.. when we open the package to put in the batteries the bottom fell out on one candle and the other one the flicker was jammed down in candle. And Why did the package have a red sticker and with a letter R with bar code..

Exactly what I was hoping for these candles with the convenience of a remote do look very realistic. I am using them not only for holiday decorating but to give that soft glowing ambiance to my living room, bedroom, and bath. They appear to be well made and no disappointment here!
