• Metal is handcrafted from 100% recycled sand-cast aluminum.
• Warm to 350 degrees for hot foods.
• Cutting directly on the metal surface will scratch the finish.
• Occasional use of non-abrasive metal polish will revive luster. We recommend Simichrome polish, which is available from Mariposa or a local hardware store.
• Do not place in microwave.
• Avoid extended contact with water, salty or acidic foods, and coat lightly with vegetable oil or spray to easily avoid staining.
