Fabulous color and texture

This wallpaper is stated and displayed as a navy, but a navy is not what arrived. It looks like it was maybe navy once, but sat out in the sun for a year and is now a light blue-gray. Before purchasing it, I was told I could return it. But now my options are to keep it and get a replacement or keep it and get a partial refund. I'd prefer to return it for a full refund. There is nothing on the packaging or in the sales order that indicates a product type or number that would let me know for sure if the wrong product was sent or the pictures on the website just grossly misrepresented the color. I ordered other wallpaper samples from Perigold and they kept getting delayed so I canceled them. Not impressed with Perigold for wallpaper and will not use them again.
