I ordered an open box item that showed the large version of this mirror. There are apparently two sizes, and the one that was shipped to me in the large box was the small mirror. This is not what I ordered. How does a small mirror get placed into the large size box in a return and then get resent out as an incorrect large size item? The mirror itself is beautiful, but is not what I ordered.

The packaging was incredible - blown in insulation to fit the cartouche perfectly. The Italian craftsmanship is unlike other mirrors like this on the market and I specify a lot of mirrors as a designer. These things help to justify the price although it felt like a splurge to get two of them for this client. Great product, happy to have found them!
