The packaging was incredible - blown in insulation to fit the cartouche perfectly. The Italian craftsmanship is unlike other mirrors like this on the market and I specify a lot of mirrors as a designer. These things help to justify the price although it felt like a splurge to get two of them for this client. Great product, happy to have found them!
