Upon delivery, the packaging was in poor condition. The cardboard box appeared to have been retaped with clear, lightweight packing tape, and one corner was crushed. That impact caused minor damage to the mirror’s corner and broke some of the internal styrofoam, though it remained mostly in place. We request a price change from the “New” item price to the “Open box” price. Perigold customer support was notified. Upon installation, I found that the frame on the mirror was bowed by 1/4”. This complicated the installation greatly; we had this installed by a professional so that the warp was less noticeable. It is unlikely we will ever purchase a “Lillian Home” item again.
