Additional Features

• BLOSSOM MOTIF: Hand-painted plum blossom branches climb the shoulder of this temple jar in soft cobalt brushwork, crowned by a domed lid with a hand-sculpted finial on top;
• COBALT DEPTH: The blue white palette is applied under the glaze, so color and surface fuse in the kiln; a chinoiserie decor piece with the saturated tone collectors look for;
• HIGH FIRE PORCELAIN: Shaped and painted by hand, the porcelain jar is fired hot for a hard, weather resistant body; asian decor at home indoors or on a covered porch;
• STYLING IDEAS: Use it as a blue vase for tall branches, or keep the lid on and let the ginger jar shape stand alone; wipe with a soft damp cloth to keep the glaze crisp;
• SIMPLE MAINTENANCE: Wipe the porcelain jar and its lid with a soft damp cloth; mild soap clears stubborn marks, while bleach and scourers dull the chinoiserie decor you paid for;
