Additional Features

• DOUBLE GOURD SILHOUETTE: A pinched waist divides this gourd vase into two swelling volumes, a lucky form in Chinese design that gives the porcelain vase a sculptural profile;
• DRAGON AND LOTUS: A coiling dragon motif winds through lotus scroll around the body, symbols of power and renewal that give this green vase narrative as well as shape;
• HIGH FIRE PORCELAIN: Hand shaped and hand painted in southern China, then fired until vitrified, this ceramic vase is sealed against water, home decor suited to a covered terrace;
• STATEMENT PLACEMENT: Fill an empty corner, flank an entry with a pair or give it as a milestone gift; wipe the asian decor glaze to keep this chinoiserie decor piece bright;
• FLOOR PIECE CARE: Lift this floor vase rather than dragging it and rest it on felt pads; a soft damp cloth keeps the green glaze deep for traditional home decor, no sealing required;
