Additional Features

• FLOWING FORM: The fairy vase tapers from a full shoulder to a slim neck, and a coiled dragon vase motif rides that curve in gleaming relief against a lacquer dark ground;
• DEPTH OF COLOR: Layer upon layer of hand painted glaze gives the black porcelain a wet, mirror like richness; each firing settles differently, so no two surfaces match exactly;
• HIGH FIRE BODY: Fired until the clay vitrifies, the wall is dense, watertight and weather resistant; a statement vase of chinoiserie decor made to live indoors or on a porch;
• GIFT WORTHY: An assured home accent for a foyer, dining room or study and a memorable anniversary gift; keep this asian decor bright with a soft damp cloth and no polish;
• MIRROR GLAZE CARE: Buff the fairy vase with a soft dry cloth to hold its wet black sheen; a damp cloth lifts marks, but never abrasives or bleach on this chinoiserie decor;
