• Dishwasher avoids high heat, freezer, microwave, and oven safe. Our stoneware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees. We recommend hand washing our collections including real gold and platinum; please note they are not microwave safe. Avoid cleaners that may contain citrus. For pieces that contain a non-ceramic component, such as the soap pumps or tiered server, we recommend hand washing only. Metal markings on ceramics - while not common, metal trail markings do periodically occur on the stoneware surface over time depending on your flatware. This is not due to a manufacturing defect in our ceramics. These marks are not scratches, but steel residue on top of the glaze left by stainless steel flatware. Using a combination of citrus cleansers and high heat in your dishwasher can lead to more prominent metal markings.
