The shipping container arrived with nothing broken and a totally protected mirror. Workmanship on the carving and detailing is exquisite. The pediments and the divided mirror sections sets this piece apart from your typical square mirror. To address the hanging of the mirror, a professional should be used if you are not familiar with diy projects and also the weight of the mirror will require help. We used all heavy duty hardware rated at 100 lb. weight. This is a true statement piece which has been hung in our foyer next to 8 ft double wood doors and makes for a nice entrance area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a large piece.
