Beautiful clock and it looks beautiful in my space!

I spent weeks looking for a real brass high quality clock for our home. The dial of the clock is not brass not metal and nothing is distress or painted. It is some kind of particle board with distress brass clock dial printed on it. The frame is not brass. If the paint they used is actual brass i would be shocked, oh but the color of the paint is brass. This is the cheapest high quality item I have ever purchased. I saw your option to keep the clock at a discounted rate or return and pay shipping. My response to that is, "you couldn't pay me to hang this thing in my house." As far as paying to return it, that is ridiculous , as what i received was not what was promised.

Not made well, hands were bent. Hard to see at night. It is attractive and decided to keep it.

I really liked the looks of this clock so I ordered it several months in advance of our moving because I didn't want it to go out of stock. Big mistake! We just opened the box last week to hang it up, but it DOESN'T WORK, and it's too late to return it. The pendulum swings, but the hands (made of very thin painted metal) don't move. It was the most expensive piece of painted cardboard I've ever bought. I thought for that price that it would at least be made of sturdier parts. Piece of junk.

There are design flaws on this clock. The letters are really orange, instead of gold, and the hands of the clock do not show up against the background. It was impossible for us to tell time with this clock unless there was a bright light on it. Returned it.
