I think the instructions are terrible and the clock rings all night when it’s not supposed to. I need technical support can anybody help me.

The Statesboro is beautiful to look at and it brings a nice touch of sophistocation to my living room. But I must tell you that I find its operation a disappointment. The directions say I should be sure to set the time for PM assuring that the hour hand passes through 12 noon. I did that. In so doing, I shoujld expect the chime to be silenced between 9:01 pm and 5:59 am. However, my clock's chimes silence between 9:01 am and 5:50 pm--just the reverse of what I want. I have no idea how to fix it. The directions seem to assume I know what I'm doing, which I don't. As a consequence, I have removed the batteries to disarm the chime.

I am extremely pleased with this Clock. Runs exceptionally well and maintains accurate time. Thank you.

Beautifully made. Looks very classy - wood color is perfect(ie, not too dark). Extremely easy to set time and chimes; also comes with auto night silence of chimes . Highly recommend
