Clock that was delivered was a "DISPLAY" model not originally indicated in the description. Clock was very poorly packed and had damage. I reported it, asked for the "hands" that were missing to be replaced and what they sent was not able to be used. While hanging the clock, the lower clock motor fell off. AVOID this seller, they used a bait and switch tactic on me, don't let them do it to you. To the seller, thanks for ripping me off!

This is a piece of junk. there is nothing protecting the face of the clock. it was packed in a pizza box that provided zero protection, the hands were squashed into the face and could not pass each other. The packing was ridiculous. "Designer-trusted home brands" give me a break - get real - this is garbage.

Love the look of the clock, but unfortunately is arrived damaged. I emailed to reorder, I was told to take a picture and proof of purchase, I did that and was told they would get back to me. I have not heard anything.

The Original III wall clock honors the past of old-world clock masters, who plied their special trade in Germany's Black Forest region while focusing on the future. It is authentic to the first timepieces Howard Miller produced and will compliment your home decor. Howard Miller learned the craft of clockmaking from old-world masters who plied their special trade in Germany's black forest region. When he returned in 1926 to establish his own company in the town of Zeeland, Michigan, his first order of business was to create a clock that honored the past and focused on the future. This wall clock is authentic to the first timepieces that Howard Miller produced.
