I am returning the clock as it chimes 24 hrs per day when it is not supposed to do that ... I can not get the time on the clock to match the chiming very frustrating how do I return the clock can you send a return labethanks

This is a really pretty clock but there is almost no audible ticking from the pendulum, and the chime sounds kind of digital. I was looking for something more vintage-sounding, and this just wasn’t it.
