Clock did not chime on the quarter, half or full hour. Always chimed 3-7 early. Returned for a replacement and second clock was even worse.

I chose this design for its size and its "unbusy" looks. I wanted chimes and a pendulum. This clock has it all. The time is beautifully announced with easily-adjusted volume chimes and its "ticking" reminds me of grandma's living room. I just love it.

Very nice piece and I like the various controls. The written instructions could have been written more clearly and with more detail.

It looks great but I still have not figured out how to open the clock to put the batteries in or set up the clock. I have asked for help but no one gives me the answer on how to open the clock.

This is a very nice clock. Looks great on my mantel height wall shelf and I welcome the Westminster chime in my home. I definitely recommend this plus it’s a Howard Miller!
