This is a gorgeous mirror! It is very glamorous and luxurious. It was delivered perfectly with no issues. I cannot rave enough about how fantastic this looks in my newly remodeled bathroom.

I would give this mirror 5 stars because it is so beautiful and it was exactly what I was looking for. But it arrived broken. In fact, I ordered two. And BOTH were broken. Even though the packaging was good, I don’t think shipping companies care too much when they are tossing boxes around. I even tried to call a glass company to fix them but no one had the correct glass type which was used around the side of the mirror. So I couldn’t get it fixed. Bummed.

Ordering this mirror was a disaster. I have shopped on Wayfair and purchased many items successfully, but this time was beyond disappointing. The mirror arrived broken after an initial delay in shipment. Then it was replaced with another mirror, which also arrived broken. After being on the phone with customer service and telling them exactly how to ship it so that it wouldn't be broken (with many "fragile" labels and extra padding inside), it again arrived broken and with no extra labels or padding inside. Each time I had to discard this 110lbs item in the garbage and pay a fee to take it away as it is an oversized and dangerous item to leave on the street as it is broken glass. A big disappointment.
