I'm giving this a one star because of the customer experience I had. The wallpaper is beautiful, BTW, but I paid $27.00 for express shipping for one more roll per hanger's request before he started (had been waiting 3 months for a wallpaper hanger and finally was worked in). Paper was promised on a Wednesday with hanger coming Thursday morning. Paper didn't arrive until Thursday, so in meantime I had to reschedule and go back to bottom of list. I asked Perigold for a refund for express shipping, as it didn't end up getting here when promised. Customer service rep informed me THEY had paid for the shipping, WASN'T their fault and was no help. Geez...I've ordered SO much from Wayfair over the years and I thought this was terrible customer service..
