Dana Gibson, an artist, designer, and business owner based in Richmond, Virginia, creates vibrant and colorful home products rooted in centuries-old design. Her fanciful world combines diverse elements like birds, boars, tigers, peacocks, lush lawns, and gurgling fountains in a harmonious mingling of bold colors. Inspired by far-flung and familiar latitudes, Gibson's work features ancient ikats, curvaceous ogees, and intricate fretwork rendered with an American sensibility, despite her Southern roots and artistic heritage.
