The mirror is beautiful. My single star is due to the confusion and inability to provide accurate guidance on delivery. The mirror was an integral part of a renovation that entailed multiple trades. We purchased the piece based on its availability and initial delivery date. The end result was a 3 week delay and the complete inability to provide accurate guidance on delivery or options to expedite delivery. This impacted the project and resulted in a 10 week overall delay.
