Seemingly defying gravity, the Alfredo Vase in light green glass is a striking piece of work with or without flowers. Its pleasing bulbous shape inspires creativity in flower arranging but looks just as good alone or in a group of other vases. Designer Alfredo Häberli’s joy in his work is clearly visible. His pieces for Georg Jensen are sculptural and sensuous but always with a sense of humor and a strong character. This quality has earned Häberli a legion of fans worldwide. The Alfredo vase is made from mouth-blown glass. The green color is unique to Georg Jensen, having been developed in close collaboration with Glafo Glass Research Institute in Sweden.
