Love my mirror and your customer service!

It is a nice mirror. It is solid with heft. But, I wish the hanging hinge could work in both directions (top or bottom). We ended up having to apply a new hinge to get the “bottom” to be the top. Also, and more importantly, the frame edge is a cheaply plastic. We originally thought it was a covering that you might pull off to reveal the metal underneath. But, alas, it seems to just be cheap, colored plastic. The mirror looks nice from afar will work until we find one to replace t.

There was a slight snafu with my first order -- done in early December, and it got "lost" in the holiday fulfillment shuffle. Customer service did not respond via email but once I got them on the phone, they had a replacement order done and it arrived in no time. I was looking for a unique, but simple mirror for my entryway and this one fits the bill perfectly. It's a smaller space, so this does not overwhelm it and looks great over a console table.

Bought for my bathroom vanity and it is gorgeous. Love it!!!
