Customers should be aware that over time the tone of the woods may change, as our items are mainly built from solid wood, Dovetail guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, or for any use which the product was not intended. Alterations of any type to the product by the consumer will nullify the warranty entirely. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY DAMAGE ARE EXCLUDED., or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. The warranty applies under conditions of normal residential use and does not apply to damage caused as a result of negligence or misuse.
