beautiful cover but insert not up to par

I ordered 4 pillows which arrived vacuumed packed each under 1. The insert as it is called, is the thickness of a small towel which needs to be enhanced with additional fill. The fabric is rough, cheap looking and the overall quality of the pillow is sad.

These are wonderful quality pillows, we purchased both with insert and without. They are beautiful and blend all of colors into the room.

Terrible experience, set of two pillows were shipped separately. Different dye lots. Many phone calls to correct the issue. Probably never going to use this site again, way too frustrating.

Good quality pillow, but I was hoping that the white would be a bit more mutedivory and less bright. The white looks much brighter in person.
