I love this clock! It has 2 ways to play the chimes and both are nice. It’s only a matter of preference and can easily be switched back and forth. Also it has a volume switch in case your spouse and children aren’t as great fans as you are. It can be silenced . I love that it uses batteries no worries about overwinding.

Glad you asked because I’m having two major problems with the clock. I’m in the process of making videos of the problems to send to you. Following the skimpy directions that come with the clock, I have been unable to get the clock to chime correctly. In the video, at 9:00 it chimes three times. I’ve removed the batteries and started over several times. It’s supposed to correct itself when it passes 1:00. It doesn’t. Also, on the Bimbam setting, it is supposed to chime the hour and play a little Westminster melody on the half-hour. It doesn’t play any melody, only chimes one times the half-hour. Since I bought the top of the line, I am very disappointed. What can we do about this?
