It’s a beautiful clock but one of the levers to stop the chimes is very rigid to maneuver, the other lever works fine. Can you advise me if I should return it to have it looked at. Thank you for your attention in this matter

Working perfectly. A very well made clock

This clock is finely crafted and sits in our living room where we can enjoy the chimes throughout the first floor of our home. Love the feature that silences the chimes after a set time each night (and doesn't start back until desired in the morning).

The item is well crafted and exceeded my expectations! I enjoy looking at it daily and hearing the chimes which reminds me of simpler times when everything wasn't so automated.

Love my Clock!

Our Hermle clock was delivered within a few days after we ordered it. It was packaged well, and easy to set up. We ordered the clock in mahogany and it is a beautiful, rich color. Hermle clocks are known for their exceptional craftsmanship, and this one does not disappoint. From the workmanship of the case and movement to the beauty of the chimes, this clock is a work of art. We love it.

This clock has been a wonderful addition to my living room. It keeps good time and chimes on cue. It does need to be wound at least two times a week, something I’m not used to with self-wind clocks, but it isn’t a burden to adjust my schedule for winding. I enjoy it.
