I expected better quality for the price

They are as shown. They are pretty, but definitely not worth the almost $200 price tag. The base is very tin-like. I have since seen similar items in some local stories for a fraction of the price ($50). If price is no object, then purchase. If you are trying to be careful how much you spend, look around at other places.
