In the picture I thought it was more blue, I was a little disappointed in the colors.

Loving it too! It's a unique color; very hard to find elegant items that match my color theme. Faux arrangements look great in it ;)

The base is very nice, tall and solid. However other than the color scheme nothing else looks like a peacock, no feather like designs. I noted several inconsistencies in the paint which made me rotate the base so they're not seen.
