The quality of the decorative box was very very nice. However the colors of the inlay were not as shown on the website. The one received had much more black inlay and was heavily striated. I called Cyan but they were unable to have a customer service representative select a box that more closely resembled the one advertised. As a consequence I had to return it.

This decorative box looks stunning on my glass coffee table. It is large and very striking. So happy with my purchase.

This item is simply lovely, exactly as pictured and had a nice heft to it. It’s not a small box and will be eye catching wherever it’s placed. I loved reading how it was hand pieced on the exterior. The only problem, and it was a tiny one, was a very small , almost microscopic black “ smudge” on the brass near the handle. My husband is very handy and after a thousand reassurances that he wouldn’t do any damage, he rubbed a tiny bit of mineral spirits on the spot with a cotton ball, and it came right off. Right after I placed the box in my living room, a neighbor stopped by and commented how beautiful it was. If you like unique things that you won’t see just any place, buy this ! I might save my pennies and purchase the horn “tower” that goes with it. I forgot to mention that this was on sale too, which makes it even more enjoyable.
