Additional Features

• The flecks are small and scattered, so the vessel reads as quiet from across the room and gives up the detail when someone stands close.
• The silhouette tapers to a narrow foot, so a tall vessel looks drawn rather than bulky on a console or sideboard.
• Venetian glassblowing means the vessel was shaped by breath and tools while hot, which is why its lines are not machine-exact.
• Watertight construction makes the vase suitable for fresh flowers and water as well as dried stems.
• Height gives long branches somewhere to go, so an arrangement can be as tall as the room allows without looking top-heavy.
