The mirror is nice but due to the wrong shipping code entered at time of purchase the order was bumped to a new date every two weeks. After numerous calls I finally had a representative, Paige, who listened to my concerns and when I asked if she could contact the manufacturer inquire about the almost two month delay she did. Within two days the code was reset and mirror was shipped.
