Nice arrangement but there was some crushing due to shipping method. Most of it could be eventually corrected with some "puffing and fluffing". However the center of the arrangement looked as if it was cut too short, giving the effect (to me) of something having sat on it. Perigold customer service offered either a return or a discount so I could find a coordinating flower to fill in the gap area. They couldn't have been more courteous or accomodating so it was still a positive purchase for me.

The arrangement is stunning and adds elegance to our living room.
