This was a gift for a client and it arrived at my client’s home damaged - embarrassing to say the least. It was not damaged in shipping - it was shipped damaged. I’m sadly disappointed in Perigold’s quality control. Most disappointing was that a new arrangement was not offered as a replacement - instead “I" was offered and given a 25% refund. Thus, my "gift recipient" has a damaged gift and I still have to send another gift. Perigold makes out with $87.47 of my money. Buyers beware when making gift purchases sight unseen/online and/or lower your expectations for a company which is not as superior as you may think.
