I am very upset with how this company handles customer complaints. I reported that I did not receive this tray. An executive account manager (Cristian W.) reached out to me and requested to file a police report instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. She also warned me that I have a few days to file this report, otherwise I can not get my money back. I also requested her to issue a refund for the item I returned, but she said she would charge restocking fees ($35) for returns. I told her that I received an email saying that the return is at no cost to me and I was not aware of this policy. She just said, "you know the policy from now on"! I found her response unfair and requested her to assign my case to another person. I will keep you posted on any progress.
Ps: I always received damaged or wrong products or items that could cause cancer (California Proposition 65) from Wayfair, but they did not add this information on their website. I think they want customers to get stuck with packages that cannot be returned easily :(
