In pieces! We ordered 2 for master vanity with tiled wall. We knew they were fragile so we carefully stored them awaiting our installer (which was rescheduled for install date just outside the return window. We kept it packaged to prevent damage. When we went to open the mirrors 1 of them was broken in pieces. We sent pictures to Perigold but they refused to accept return (for store credit) and/or replace, since we were a few days out of return window. For an item they are still carrying! Horrible customer service
