All I can say is WOW! First of all, this was packaged beautifully. I opened the box, and found the blanket, a care/product book, a GORGEOUS hand-woven blanket, and a dust bag. I opened the book, and inside was a hand-written note thanking me for my purchase. The blanket is absolutely beautiful, it is the perfect balance of soft and sturdy. It is not a big blanket, so I will keep it at the foot of my bed. Most of all, I love that every time you purchase from this company (Catavento), they donate a blanket to a child in need. Buy this!!!

The package arrived in pristine shape. A surprise and much appreciated included in the box was a tote to store the throw when not in use. The throw is super soft and appears to be a very high quality. I really appreciate that the company that makes this blanket donates one to a child in need for each blanket sold.

This beautiful handwoven Merino wool throw is a perfect accent for any room of the house! Absolutely lovely draped over a chair or sofa and so warm and cozy for those chilly evenings. This beautiful wool throw is soft, not at all scratchy, with a semi open weave that was not quite as thick as I expected but it still warm and cozy. The thicker looped yarn is an attractive accent detail along the edges. I didn’t pay close enough attention when ordering this throw as to the actual dimensions as it is not nearly as wide as I would have expected. It has ample coverage for one person but isn’t wide enough to snuggle under with two people. The neutral color is perfect with a variety of decor styles.

I absolutely love this handwoven merino wool throw. Made in Argentina of 75% ultimate merino/25% wool. It is very high quality and even came with its own booklet! I ordered the "smoke/off white" combination and it is a show stopper on top of my guest bedroom bed with combination's of grey's, toile, and off white. Perigold packages their items so beautifully and this throw would make a beautiful housewarming or bridal treasured gift.
