Item was damaged, used the text communication tool for processing return and it took 40 min. Not sure why so long, seemed if the representative was busy doing other things? Making lunch, doing laundry, changing a diaper, who knows. The time they spent processing my return should not have takenn more than 5 minutes. I will never shop with you again, there is no respect for your customers time. Do better

On the small side but perfect for under my console table. Love this basket

This cute little storage basket is great quality, and I use it to put books, magazines next to the sofa. I will put some smaller birch logs in it this fall/winter to put in front of the fireplace.
