Wood is a living and warm material that brings a lot of charm to the kitchen and on the table. To preserve its shine, we recommend respecting these few points: apply vegetable oil or wax for centuries-old wood, such as our Bérard maintenance cream, regularly to prevent them from drying out and preserve its shine. Prefer cleaning with lukewarm water without detergent then let your products dry vertically. Also avoid letting them soak in water. Wood reacts to differences in temperature and humidity. To prolong its life, avoid drying it near a heat source or storing it in a very dry or very cold environment. Avoid the dishwasher which could break or split your wooden products.
