Beautiful specimen from Piedra Parada, Las Vigas de Ramirez, Veracruz, Mexico. Parallel formation of amethyst crystals with great transparency and rich purple color with well-defined phantom zoning. The crystals are fully terminated with lustrous glassy faces with several crystals having double terminations.
