The face is pretty and the wood looks nice from a distance. The chimes are also lovely. For a supposedly $900 clock the workmanship is not good. The latch on the back of the door doesn't work and I had to replace it and the finish on the clock is mediocre at best when you examine it closely.

The instruction list was very small and hard to read but I was able to get it up and running. The clock was striking an hour ahead so I called the clock company and their tech was very helpful in getting the time to strike correctly.
