The box marked fragile arrived damaged. The picture frames inside were loosely packed in bubble wrap and a few pieces of scrunched up wrapping paper. The first frame looked like a “third” not even a second and the glass was broken. The second frame was of very poor quality and the black support backing was scratched and marked up as well. I did not unwrap the third frame as I have a dog and did not want to deal with more shattered glass. The customer support has been completely useless. I will send back the damaged box and damaged sub par items. I was informed that I will be paying for shipping. I have purchased many items from this company but can assure you I will not ever use or recommend them in the future.
